1. Subscription Overview

• Our subscription boxes are monthly, with automatic renewal.
• Each box contains a curated selection of premium adult products delivered discreetly to your door or your partner.

2. How to Manage Your Subscription

Customers can manage their subscriptions via email by contacting sabrina@hellopleasurebox.com:

• Pause Subscription: Temporarily stop deliveries for one or more months.
• Cancel Subscription: End your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Update Details: Change delivery address, billing information, or subscription preferences.

3. Billing & Payments

• Payments are automatically processed monthly on the subscription renewal date.
• Refunds are not provided for partial months; subscription changes will take effect from the next billing cycle.
